Junior Consultant

Are you a recent university graduate, with an excellent academic track record and first practical experiences in financial services or consulting? Then you will fit right in as a Junior Consultant in one of our teams, playing an integral part in the success of our global projects, whilst developing strong capabilities through the support of your experienced colleagues.

Consultant

If you have already gained significant work experience in the operational insurance business or consulting and feel proficient in applying relevant project or program management methods and techniques, the role of consultant is the right fit for you. Here, you will be in charge of developing analyses, providing project management support, and effectively carrying out tasks under the guidance of an Engagement Manager.

Senior Consultant

The role of Senior Consultant is aimed at professionals with advanced operational insurance business or consulting experience in a relevant area. As a Senior Consultant, you provide specialized expertise and are in charge of leading project workstreams or smaller projects. On top of that, you will be required to analyze customer needs and develop innovative concepts, as well as actively contribute to pitches and day-to-day operations.

Principal Consultant

Our Principal Consultant positions are designed for individuals with the extensive insurance business and project experience, as well as strong leadership skills and international background. This role involves close collaboration with Engagement Managers to lead ongoing projects, coach and mentor more junior team members, monitor activities and support key account management and project acquisitions.

Engagement Manager

Our Engagement Manager position targets professionals with major insurance business knowledge as well as significant consulting and leadership experience. As Engagement Manager, you guide and manage your internal team to ensure all set targets are achieved. This role involves working on sales pitches under partner guidance as well as delivering content project leadership. Our Engagement Managers are experienced professionals who show excellent client management and have a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Partner

The position of Partner at Allianz Consulting is aimed at long-term professionals in the insurance and consulting business. With senior management expertise and strong leadership skills, our Partners are committed to supporting the overall achievement of Allianz Consulting’s objectives and results. This role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of the practice area, providing strong support to Engagement Managers and ensuring effectiveness and efficiency of projects in line with customer expectations. On top of that, Partners are expected to actively initiate new business opportunities and consulting contracts, as well as maintain and build relationships with Allianz stakeholders and key clients.
